[Fortunately, Bucky's showered, shaved, slept and eaten before responding to this post, which means he looks less like he's coming straight from a war zone than he would have if he'd seen it right after he got back from port. Assignments happen on the 15th and 30th of the month. You don't always get assigned right off the bat, but sometimes, you get lucky.
