I just tagged this, and call me crazy, but there'll be nsfw stuff maybe
"Clark Kent. It's nice to meet you, Allison," he said, flashing her a shy smile as he shook her hand. People back home had warned him that Californians weren't as friendly as people in Kansas but Clark found most of them perfectly friendly, just like Allison. Of course, not many of them were as cute as Allison was. "And it does take an adjustment. And I know it's cliche but... you can't beat the weather."
Know something? I think I have to agree with you.
"I mean, I'm kinda used to it," she went on with a shrug, shoving her hands into the back pockets of her jeans just to have something to do, "but I'm from Norcal originally. I'm from Beacon Hills, it's like an hour outside of Sacramento? But Berkeley is at least close enough to the beach for a weekend trip, so you can get some sun if you need it."
Chuckling, she gestured to her porcelain complexion, which had never fully recovered from her time spent convalescing after the incident at Oak Creek that had nearly cost her her life.
"Which I desperately, desperately need, as you can see."
Re: Know something? I think I have to agree with you.
Her laugh was just too lovely, the kind of laugh you just wanted to hear over and over again. Clark wasn't generally considered a funny guy but Allison's laugh made him with that he was. For someone who could hear things all over the world at any given time all he wanted to hear right then was her laugh again.
"I get it. I don't really tan either. I guess that's a good thing though, I don't think people here would be as understanding of a farmer's tan as they would back home."
Not that he thought they would really mind too much but in Kansas a farmer's tan was pretty normal because people there were, well, they were farmers. Clark was actually the odd one for not having one but it was pretty much impossible for him to tan. Allison's skin looked perfectly fine to him though.

"Oh, I don't know...you've got that wholesome, corn-fed, All American look to you." she mused playfully. "I bet you could make a farmer's tan look pretty damn good--if you had one, I mean." She pulled one hand out of her pocket to bop his upper arm good naturedly with her fist. "Kudos to you for making me feel like less of a lone pasty white person. Irish complexions represent, am I right?"
...did she just say that? Christ, she spent too much time hanging around people like Stiles. She was starting to talk--and flirt--like him.

"I didn't eat that much corn but I definitely helped grow a lot of it," he said with a smile. "If you're free sometime we should work on getting a tan? Maybe at the beach or going hiking?"
