OOC: State of the Muse/Mun
STATE OF THE ME:
I was doing REALLY well until this afternoon when the skilled nursing facility treating Dad made it clear I'm probably going to be paying off what insurance doesn't cover in installments that will give us just enough money for ONE of us to eat when he gets home. So I'm not looking forward to starving to death. That, and he may be coming home WAY sooner than I thought, because apparently Medicare doesn't cover what I thought it did.
So...please forgive me if I get pesky about threads and stuff. Because I want to not think about ANY of this. Avoiding my problems through intense RP since 2002...ish.
But enough about me. My muses are far happier! LET'S TALK ABOUT THEM. AND THREAD WITH ME ALWAYS. XD
STATE OF THE MUSES:
SHERIFF STILINSKI
Al's doing quite well, THANKyouverymuch! Working, spending time with the boy...and yes: dating. Sort of. IT'S COMPLICATED BECAUSE CHILDREN. Al recently made the very hard, but inevitable decision to stop wearing his wedding ring, and after that began seeing Melissa McCall on the sly. They haven't told the kids yet, not until they're more certain of their feelings for each other, how serious this is (Spoiler Alert: it's pretty serious puppy lurve, folks), so they're keeping it on the down low...which means they're fooling no one, and Stiles knows. Aside from plans to teach Stiles how to handle a firearm, he's chugging along and enjoying life in the city...and did we mention he's ass-over-teacup for his new honey? Yeah, thought so. XD
FUTURE PLANS: Nothing big really, but his girlfriend is participating in the Power Switch plot, so we'll see what comes of that. :P
ALLISON ARGENT
Allison's been a busy girl, and not always happy? But that's changing. Her relationship with Derek is not only peaceful, it's grown much closer. They've buried the hatchet deep, and after a shared moment on the beach during the full moon, Allison realizes that she isn't just ready to share the city with Derek, but has grown to accept him as a friend. She respects him as an alpha, and is willing to even say she considers herself part of his pack in Darrow. A recent revelation to Derek about his sister being alive has made her feel a little guilty, but she's trying to be supportive...
And then there was the fact that she got mugged pretty recently. A few bruises, nothing special, but it did bring her face to face with a certain Red Hood. There was bloodshed and violence, but being no stranger to either, she actually has a fair amount of respect for him and feels deeply indebted to him for his protection in a moment where she feels she let her guard down too far. No, she does not know the Hood is Jason Todd...and yes, she still has her eye on that boy. She has plans to ask him out the next time she runs into him.
FUTURE PLANS: Asking Jason Todd out...I'm not giving anything away, but Power Switch Plot, wolfy!Allison...yeah. XD Also, she's feeling some vigilante-like urges, and I may actually have a serious plot in the works for her surrounding her mugging. I need to think it over a bit, talk to some muns to see if they'd be interested...but it could be very fun.
BRUCE BANNER
Bruce is feeling quite good! He's got a routine, a stable lifestyle...he's even taken up Bikram Yoga to get some extra exercise. Bruce has also...adopted isn't the right word, but acquired a shadow thief in Kenzi Malikov. They met his second day in Darrow, hit it off, and now she's at his place every night for dinner. When he doesn't cook, she brings takeout...she pushes his buttons, talks a lot, mooches, and kind of looks after him, so he does the same for her...with less button-pushing, talking, and mooching. They've developed a close, easy, very warm relationship that's become something of a touchstone for him.
...he also met a Musketeer recently, which he's fanboying like CRAZY about, so...
FUTURE PLANS: Meet another Musketeer. Possibly Jim Kirk. And science, Bruce needs to science LOTS. He's also going to be stripped of the Hulk for the Power Switch plot, meaning that he can function like a normal human being...and that's going to lead to some stuff that changes things in his life. But in a good way.

JEREMY DANVERS: Delaying his app for plot reasons. Feeling far more confident in his voice, but I'm a lazy bitch, so...yeah. Uh...Danvers pack alpha, OTHERWORLD books, mild mannered and dead sexy. Stay tuned. :P
PETER PETRELLI: June/July app. Because I need him back in my life, I MISS THIS BOY. Watch HEROES if you haven't already. Bringing him in from the tail end of S2, so issues abound, and hope to have fun figuring out if he can acquire any new powers in Darrow. :P
ROBERT ANGIER: Definitely apping him as a transfer from Hearts and Minds, just not sure when. He's the magician extraordinaire from the movie version of THE PRESTIGE, and back in H&M, he fell in love with a certain beautiful vigilante that left an impression...and regained his ability to walk. I think Darrow would be pretty damn fascinating for him.
MICHAEL J. CABOOSE: Deciding when to app him, but it's happening. For those playing the home game, Caboose is a solider from the machinima series RED VS. BLUE. He started as a dimwitted, incompetent soldier, got taken over by a homicidal AI, and has slowly suffered a sort of mental degeneration into a bit of a manchild. He kills teammates, he's in love with a tank, and has no greater goal in life than to be Church's best friend. He can be quite loyal, occasionally resourceful, and under the right direction...you might be able to prevent him from killing a member of your team. MIGHT.
HARRY "OPIE" WINSTON: Gonna app him when I've seen more of his canon. Opie is from SONS OF ANARCHY, Jax Teller's buddy, a biker with a heart of gold, and a thorny life that keeps kicking him in the teeth. I basically just love him and want to make him happy, so he's coming to Darrow to not be miserable, mkay? Good. :P
HENLEY REEVES: from the movie NOW YOU SEE ME. She's a boss ass bitch and a female escapologist. She's also one of the Four Horsemen, and one of the newest members of The Eye of Horus, a secret society of magicians. I just really loved her in the movie, Isla Fischer is adorable, and empowered lady magician. It's happening. POSSIBLE app for this month.
AGENT DYLAN RHODES: also from NOW YOU SEE ME. Mark Ruffalo. Also, hard-nosed FBI agent, but with a biiiig secret. Won't spoil you if you haven't seen the movie, but I need him. POSSIBLE app for this month.
JOHN BLAKE: from THE DARK KNIGHT RISES. I blame thousands of people for this, just...thousands. But mostly Darrow needs another Robin. Or Nightwing. Or whoever you think he turned into in the movie's end. Or just another cop--I WANT TO FUCK WITH EVERY SINGLE DC MUSE IN DARROW WITH HIS VERY EXISTENCE, ALL RIGHT? POSSIBLE app for this month.
