CHARACTER INFORMATION
NAME: Allison Argent
CANON: TEEN WOLF (TV SERIES)
CANON POINT: Allison is CRAU, but her original departure from canon was after the events of "Letharia Vulpina" from season 3B, after visitng Peter Hale with Lydia and discovering he had a daughter.
AGE: 19 (almost 20 after approximately two years in City of Darrow)
HISTORY: Wiki link 1, Wiki link 2, Wiki link 3
PAST GAME MEMORIES: After her arrival in the mysterious city of Darrow, Allison swiftly made several important adoptive familial connections, among them being Newt Geiszler and Tara Donahue, in addition to finding other members of her pack and meeting the boy she would eventually fall in love with, Jason Todd. She swiftly settled into a normal life, struggling to keep her existence as far from violence and the supernatural as possible until the night she was mugged...and saved by the Red Hood.
After a combination of the mugging, and a brief period where she was temporarily transformed into a werewolf, Allison found herself drawn back into life as a hunter by another name: with a few precautions taken, she began to patrol the streets of Darrow beneath a hood of her own, weapons in hand, and targeted the criminal element in the city...specifically, a gang calling themselves Lobos Locos: the Crazy Wolves. Working occasionally with the likes of the Red Hood and others, Allison became known as the Alpha, and claimed the symbol of the wolf as her own.
She sank far deeper into this identity when she learned that Jason Todd and the Red Hood were one and the same. With his help, she became a more proficient vigilante, upgraded her gear, and found joy in sharing not just a more meaningful relationship with Jason, but sharing her secret love of violence with him. By day, she still lived and worked as a normal teenager, even acquiring a couple of pets and discovering possible relatives in the form of the Musketeers, men with potential ties to the Argent bloodline in her world. She even opened her own shooting range and social space, as well as a new division of Argent Arms--but by night, she lived her life more honestly out of a sub basement of the shooting range complex, stalking the streets as the Alpha.
Her zeal for the vigilante lifestyle became less healthy after Jason Todd's disappearance, with far more violent encounters resulting from her work than before. Where she would once leave gang bangers at the local police station, doing little more than mutilating gang clothing or tattoos, many more of these individuals required hospitalization after facing her. Gradually, however, she began to heal from her loss, with the help of friends like Tris Prior and a private ritual of acquiring a tattoo in Jason's honor. It is around this time that she will leave the City and appear in this game..
PERSONALITY: Allison is both soft spoken and strong willed by nature. Left to her own devices, she’s a very gentle young woman: kind, friendly, and sweet. She is also very passionate, however, and that passion combined with that strong will have given her a little bit of a rebellious streak. She’s willing to break the rules with good reason, such as helping her friends or spending time with the boy she loves.
She is wholly motivated by emotion and thinks with her heart early on, but when she trains to be a hunter, she learns to think more clinically and rationally. It’s a skill she struggles with, but the focus she has gained in her life as a markswoman helps her in this respect. Still, her tendency to wear her heart on her sleeve proves to be a weakness when her grandfather uses her depth of feeling to manipulate her after her mother’s death, and later proves to be deadly when her pain and her rage drive her to push Scott away, then hunt down the wolves in Derek’s pack like animals.
Despite the fact that we see a more guarded Allison in Season 3, one thing that has never changed in all her struggles has been her loyalty. It is a source of both strength and suffering for her, because although it makes her a valuable member of the McCall pack, it’s also an endless source of conflict. She loves her family and feels real guilt at betraying them and the legacy her father holds so dear, but refuses to turn her back on her friends. It’s also tested her in her personal life since ending her relationship with Scott, and slowly developing feelings for another member of his pack in Isaac Lahey. The endless struggle of balancing her love of family with her love of friends and the love of another boy takes its toll, but the struggle has shaped who she is...because she has no one left to call family except her father, who loves her unconditionally, and would not have survived her trial by fire if not for her friends, who have accepted her even at her absolute worst.
POWERS/ABILITIES: Allison is bog standard human, but has what has been described in her canon as 'perfect aim,' which is a skill rather than a supernatural gift. She is a trained markswoman, and can hit nearly any target she sets her eyes on. She favors bow and arrow, as well as knives, but she also grew up knowing how to use a gun, and has expanded her familiarity with various other weapons during her time in Darrow. She is also a trained supernatural hunter, and has exceptional hand to hand combat skills. Her service as a vigilante has served to enhance and expand these combat skills, however none of her abilities go beyond natural human talent and extensive training.
